The Multivalve seems to be stuck. When you start up the machine you should hear the multivalve turning 2 times, if it`s silent, the valve is defective. This valve is important to guide the water in the right direction. Contact your servicedealer and let them have a look. There`s also a small chance that the electronic board are sending wrong or no signals to the valve

Check the membrain regulator for leaks. Those end up leaking over time as they get older. They look like this:

and are located on the outlet side of the water pump. They can be bought for about $50-60 and just screw on to the outlet side of the pump.

It needs to be completely dried out. I suggest that you leave the bean cover open and use a hair dryer (on warm not hot setting) to force air down into the bean chamber to help dry it out. If you use it before it is dry, you may have coffee grounds get clogged in the unit.

That would normally mean that the brewing mechanism is not in the at rest or start of cycle position. Take the bin off the tray and see if you can slip the bottom tray back in now. Turn the machine on, let it run through the start up process and when completely stopped see if you can now remove tray and fit the spent grounds bin back where it should be.

theres many places that i have found that provide the screwdriver to open the jura. before you could only buy them in a single with either a t handle or key chain loop. those are made from aluminum and last for about opening 3 screws and then they break. recently i have seen that single screwdriver is now made from crv steel. normally you will need 3 screwdriver trox oval and philips. they be purchased on ebay or amazon. you can get them in a set also just search for newelectronx 102. that is a screwdriver set that includes the oval phillips and trox. which is basically everything you'll need.
