I have not done it, but I believe you simply remove the two screws you can seen when you look into the coffee bin. I used to get "fill beans" messages when there were beans in the hopper. Eventually I determined this was due to my choice of beans: oily (ie. shiny) beans seem to clog up frequently, "dry" beans (beams without a sheen) rarely clog up. Since the beans are gravity fed, oily ones tend to stick to one another

The connectors at the back have liquid on them use a lint free cloth to remove the liquid and the tray fault will go away. If you want to prevent this make sure that when you pour the water out the tray you pour it out the side not the back and this is how the liquid or debris gets stuck there

Rinsing cycle at start up is electronically programmed function. Unplugging is a temporary solution. Jura will not sell parts or offer any guidance. I could look into more details to find an answer but the model Capressa 50 is not listed in my Data base. Mine just started doing the same thing. I've always only used plain espresso beans. Only thing is I may have overfilled the hopper and packed the beans down a bit. How can I make it start grinding again?

I had a similar problem. I always religiously cleaned the machine when prompted but nonetheless I reached a point where coffee quit coming out of one nozzle. I tried the suggestion to stick a wire up the nozzle to dislodge any residue that was blocking the water. That helped a little and then it did not next time. So I USED A DENTAL WATER PICK on both nozzles and that cleared up the problem completely. MUCH BETTER than wire or paperclip.
