Water no longer comes out of the fill spouts during a rinse.

try and do a heavy duty de scale of the machine , put some descale directly into the tank, heat up ( de scale works better at high temp) select rinse, clean or flush programme. the vast majorty of probs. are due to limescale in the narrow pipe work.

Why fill bean message shows on display when machine is full of beans?

Difficult to say without the machine in front of me. Normally you get this response if no beans fall into the grinder. Are your beans oily, sticking together and not falling in? Normally freshly roasted beans esp dark roasts are a bit oily. If so then you can change roasts, brands or mix with another type. You might try to adjust your grind per the manual. (turn knob inside the bin while the grinder is grinding) see #8 page 12. If the beans are falling in and grinding and you still get this msg I would say you have a grinder problem. http://capresso.125west.com/e8_manual.pdf

I need a description for how to open and clean the grinder. I keep getting fill beans message and it has beans.

I have not done it, but I believe you simply remove the two screws you can seen when you look into the coffee bin. I used to get "fill beans" messages when there were beans in the hopper. Eventually I determined this was due to my choice of beans: oily (ie. shiny) beans seem to clog up frequently, "dry" beans (beams without a sheen) rarely clog up. Since the beans are gravity fed, oily ones tend to stick to one another

The tray (JURA J5) keeps indicating that it needs

The connectors at the back have liquid on them use a lint free cloth to remove the liquid and the tray fault will go away. If you want to prevent this make sure that when you pour the water out the tray you pour it out the side not the back and this is how the liquid or debris gets stuck there

The coffee is not coming out of the coffee spout

I had a similar problem. I always religiously cleaned the machine when prompted but nonetheless I reached a point where coffee quit coming out of one nozzle. I tried the suggestion to stick a wire up the nozzle to dislodge any residue that was blocking the water. That helped a little and then it did not next time. So I USED A DENTAL WATER PICK on both nozzles and that cleared up the problem completely. MUCH BETTER than wire or paperclip.

The water doesn't come out from the cofee spout

Once coffee is extracted, its passage from the brew group to the cup is a simple gravity flow. There is no pressure to push its flow. Layers of dried coffee clog the passage. In your machine this is advanced clogging or the water is not passing through the coffee and being drained into the tray. To prevent this, use rinse cycle every day after coffee making is completed. Descale the machine using Manual descaling method. Do not use Filter cartridges as the same are expensive & ineffective. . . Why is there a lot of water in the drip tray after each use?

Two to three teaspoonful water overflow after each espresso is normal. That is why the tray is there. If water collection in the tray is excessive and programmed espresso is smaller, then there is cause for worry. What do I need to do when error 8 is displayed on turning on machine?

Jura does not allow access to internal parts for cleaning. Brew group is the dirtiest part as it deals with complicated movements to make coffee. Error 8 means the brew group is not returning to start position after it completes entire cycle to make coffee. Jura recommends to remove drip tray. Using a thin cloth, insert the hand all the way under the machine. You will feel access to the bottom of the brew group. Wipe clean the bottom of brew group as best as you can. There will be lot of coffee powder (wet & dry) that is partially responsible to prevent brew group return to start position. A better method is to open the machine using special key. Clean & lubricate the brew group. every two months. This will prevent Fungus and Bacteria growth. .
