JJ do have a warranty but I do not know how long you have had your watch. Its always best to send your watch back to original vendor, especially on a more expensive watch. Any other repair done by outside sources can and will null and void the manuf. warranty. I would HIGHLY suggest the link below: The price is very resonable for the s/h.

All watches should arrive with battery fitted. As now there are too many variations of watch movements, it's impossible to tell exact battery code without seeing the watch. Nearest watch repair shop will be able to tell you that.

The only place you can get an original band for a watch is from the actual watch vendor. If its more then a few years old, it may even be discontinued.

mcdevito75 here, You can try, double check the battery instalation in the watch, If all is good, try to pull out the stem and move the hands as if setting the time, then push stem back in. It"s also possible you have a weak or even dead battery, even though it was bought new.

you can buy on line try ebay extra long strap 8mm or through the manufactors you should have no problem state buckle color as well a company called Hirsch sell high quality straps and bracelets they surply most of retail high end companys with their straps.

Look for very small screws or pins in the link. Some times a "hairpin" looking keeper is used for each link.

Possibly the mainspring has been broken. I am guessing that you cannot see what has come loose. The only way is to open the case back and see. If that is what has happened then it can be replaced.

Its like a clasp just use a knife an open it at back case you can groove where you placed the knife tip.

Hope it may helps:

First you have to get an eyeglass and examine watch caseback. Can you see the joint or is it monoblock? If there is joint, get strong knife and press into it. Some of watch casebacks are very tight, so, apply great pressure but do not let the blade slip or you will damage the movement.
If the case is monoblock, then you have to open it from dial side.
Be very carefull when doing it as any slip of the blade will damage your watch.

remove the cap and put a tiny drop of locktite glue on it. spill some glue onto a piece of glass or an old plate and use a sewing needle to put a tiny drop of glue in the hole then screw it back on and wait till the remaing glue on the glass is gone hard before pushing the stem back in .. this last bit is important so as not to glue the stem to the watch. if this helps please rate me joe

If not then most jewelers could make one up, perhaps as good as the original, but i would expect it to be quite pricey. Hope this helps :)

Contact a local jeweler and see if they do restringing. Most will charge approx $10 per inch.
