I have a JUKI HZL - DX7. There is a problem with the automatic thread cutter.

If your JUKI HZL-DX7 sewing machine's automatic thread cutter is leaving behind a short piece of thread in the mechanism after each cut, there might be a few potential causes for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and address the problem:
  1. Thread Tension: Check the tension settings for both the upper and lower threads. Improper tension can cause thread to be left behind in the thread cutter mechanism. Make sure the tension is balanced and appropriate for the type of fabric you're sewing.
  2. Thread Quality: Poor-quality or thick threads can sometimes get caught in the thread cutter mechanism. Ensure you're using good-quality threads that are suitable for your sewing project.
  3. Thread Path and Thread Guides: Make sure the upper and lower threads are properly threaded through the machine's threading path and guides. Improper threading can lead to thread buildup in the cutter area.
  4. Thread Cutter Mechanism Cleaning: The thread cutter mechanism might have accumulated lint, debris, or bits of thread over time. Gently clean the thread cutter area with a small brush, compressed air, or a vacuum cleaner to remove any buildup.
  5. Blade Inspection: Check the blade of the thread cutter for any nicks, dullness, or damage. A damaged blade might not cut the thread cleanly, leaving behind remnants.
  6. Thread Cutter Mechanism Lubrication: Some sewing machines have small moving parts in the thread cutter area that benefit from occasional lubrication. Consult your sewing machine's manual to see if lubrication is recommended and use a sewing machine-safe lubricant if needed.
  7. Machine Maintenance: Regular maintenance of your sewing machine, including cleaning and oiling as recommended in the manual, can help prevent issues with the thread cutter mechanism.
  8. Consult the Manual: Refer to your JUKI HZL-DX7 sewing machine's manual for specific instructions on troubleshooting and maintaining the automatic thread cutter.
  9. Professional Service: If the issue persists after trying these steps, it might be best to seek the assistance of a professional sewing machine technician. They can diagnose and repair any mechanical issues with the thread cutter mechanism.
Remember that working with sewing machines involves mechanical parts and electrical components, so it's important to follow safety guidelines and, if needed, seek professional assistance to avoid causing further damage or harm.

Juki DDL 9000C-FMS Error Code 007 Overload of Motor?

Engineers Service manual. This page lists the error https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1605037/Juki-Ddl-9000c-S-Series.html?page=134 Reset Key https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1605037/Juki-Ddl-9000c-S-Series.html?page=92&term=reset&selected=5#manual I would have thought the wheel would always turn manually. Standard procedure for a jammed machine is to force it in the normal direction of travel.. I can't think or any logical reason for the machine to lock the handwheel when switched off and a mechanical jam would be the reason for the motor overload. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1605037/Juki-Ddl-9000c-S-Series.html?page=71&term=turn+handwheel&selected=1#manual ..

My machine is a Juki HZL-F600 Quilt & Pro Special.

When experiencing a sewing machine jam and encountering an error message like "lower pressure foot" on the Juki HZL-F600 Quilt & Pro Special, it indicates there may be an issue with the machine's threading, bobbin, or pressure foot. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
  1. Rethread the Machine: Start by completely rethreading both the top thread and bobbin thread. Ensure that the threads are properly seated in the tension disks, thread guides, and the bobbin case. Follow the threading instructions in the machine's user manual to ensure correct threading.
  2. Check the Bobbin: Remove the bobbin and inspect it for any tangles, knots, or thread buildup. Clean out any lint or debris in the bobbin area. Make sure the bobbin is wound correctly and placed in the bobbin case with the thread feeding in the correct direction.
  3. Verify the Pressure Foot: Double-check that the pressure foot is properly attached and lowered. Ensure that it is securely in place and there are no obstructions preventing it from making proper contact with the fabric.
  4. Adjust Thread Tension: Incorrect thread tension can also cause sewing issues. Experiment with adjusting the tension settings on the machine to find the optimal balance for your fabric and thread. Refer to the machine's user manual for guidance on adjusting thread tension.
  5. Clean and Lubricate: Regularly clean and lubricate your sewing machine to ensure smooth operation. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and lubrication, and pay special attention to the bobbin area and the needle area.
  6. Seek Professional Assistance: If the issue persists after attempting the above steps, it is recommended to contact a qualified technician or the Juki customer support for further assistance. They can provide specialized guidance and troubleshooting specific to your Juki HZL-F600 Quilt & Pro Special machine.
Remember to always consult the machine's user manual for specific instructions and guidance. If you're uncertain or uncomfortable performing any troubleshooting steps, it's best to seek professional help to avoid potential damage to the machine.

I have a Juki HZL-F Series and the thread keeps getting cought on the bobbin case when I sew and it makes a loud clanking noise i've replaced the needle and cleaned my machine also.

If the thread keeps getting caught on the bobbin case and making a loud clanking noise, it's possible that the bobbin case is not properly installed or is damaged. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
  1. Check that the bobbin case is properly installed in the machine. The bobbin case should be securely snapped into place, and there should be no wobbling or movement when you gently tug on it.
  2. Inspect the bobbin case for damage. Look for any cracks, chips, or burrs that could be catching the thread. If you find any damage, replace the bobbin case.
  3. Check the tension on the bobbin case. The bobbin tension should be adjusted so that the thread pulls evenly and smoothly from the bobbin. If the tension is too loose, the thread can bunch up and get caught in the case.
  4. Make sure the thread is properly threaded through the machine. Check that the thread is not caught or looped around any of the machine's components.
  5. Try using a different type of thread. Some threads are more prone to breaking or getting caught in the machine than others.
If you've tried these steps and are still having trouble, it may be time to take your machine to a professional for servicing
