You mean you have tried over clocking? If yes then the fan sensor and the clock speed are related. That is the reason the processor is not running and hence the coolant fan is dysfunctional. Revert back to old clock speed and it will be operational again.

do you see a bios screen at all or you just dont receive a signal at all?

It's telling you something is wrong. The BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) is detecting something is already wrong. Usually, this could be the RAM is bad, there's no Keyboard or Display connected, or *********** board has gone bad.

Check the easiest thing first (connectors to peripherals). Then check the RAM to make sure it's not gone bad.

It's hard to say w/o doing a lot of testing on which component is causing the problem.

The problem monitor, have you tried using it alone with the computer? Does the problem persist when the problem monitor is only connected monitor on the computer?

If so, then the power supply of the monitor is most likely faulty, but can quite easily be repaired by replacing any bulky or leaking capacitors on the power supply board inside the display or by purchasing another external power supply (depends on the monitor, most use a internal power supply, so you just have a cord that goes into the monitor.)

When and if you take the monitor apart, stay away from the 200 - 600 V big capacitor on the power board, it may hold voltage even after being unplugged for a long period of time.

You can get drivers for your Jetway M1531S buy going to the Jetway's Website http://www.jetway.com.tw/jw/download.asp and then select your Product and Series and download drivers from this website.

try at jetway web site download driver from the libray jim

try to reset bios by removing battery or by using jumper else directly move for warranty since there may be problem with graphics chipset too.

so get change your motherboard with the new one under warranty

Few things you can do is the make sure the processor and the memory is properly seated on their slots. You can also take them off and then put them back. Also, try to change the cmos battery on your motherboard.

the display is coming or not

if not then its a ram problem better to change it

Have you installed an OS on the hard drive?

One stick may be bad.

Found that the people that put the computer together had not powed the port, the port worked but as it had now power no device wold appear to work, Changed the jumper to power the port and everthing is now working.

what you have is a china no-name motherboard there are alot of these floating around. I've had a couple myself from shady builders there junk

if you can identify the board using cpuid try it

if you got some skill building pc's buy a new board, ram, processor, video card, and power supply if not a new basic desktop is cheep

Not sure what you mean by a program to start your video card. You can configure it through Windows control panel, or driver software (often still accessed through the control panel).

Well seems that ur win7 does not have the drivers for ur jetway.. pls go to its support website & download the drivers for win7 for ur sound device

Why not just removed the cap and then you can read it?

Also, you can look for schematics at your local library that has a selection of SAMS Photofacts. They are pretty good for this sort of thing.

You can activate the usb function from your computer bios. Turn on your computer and enter your bios by keep pressing the del key on your keyboard. The go to Advance setup and look for usb function settings and turn it on.
