Jet Tech Systems Refrigerators - Answered Questions & Fixed Issues

Make up a way to blow warm air from the condenser over the glass and your frost problem will disappear! The higher the temperature of the air - the more moisture it can absorb. The reason you are having the problem is that you are cooling moisture laden air and it has to give up the moisture as you cool it. So run some warm air over it and it will absorb the moisture for you = problem gone.

Actually there are two drip trays on your model refrigerator. As your experiencing problems when the unit automatically defects, I am assuming that it's the pan located below the refrigerator.

The plastic pan is not really secured, although there may still be a shipping clip or tape holding it in place if it's never been removed before. After removing the lower front air grill, the pan simply lifts out of it containment guides. (Its mean to to be easily removable to be taken out periodically and cleaned).

However that doesn't solve the problem of overflowing. There really shouldn't be that much melted condensate filling the pan. Without knowing more, I would suspect that there may be an air leakage allowing outside, moist air to leak into the refrigerator/freezer and form more ice than what's normally expected. I would look for a door gasket not sealing completely.

Unlock the wheels? Usually there is a leg with a rubber cap on it that is preventing the refrigerator to move.
remove the front grill and use a flashlight to look at the front Left and right for the leg and see if the wheels are available

You should have used the ultimate it comes with the plugs for the capacitor.
you can splice it between the start and run wires that go from the RC to the compressor using a spade connectors

The unit wont work with just ice bottles. It needs water to run down the pads to create the evaporative effect. The tank should have a drain somewhere. Look down the bottom of the machine for a plug or tap that can be removed / unscrewed to drain the water out.

Often, the electronics do not reset when you change the filter. It still thinks the original is in there. You will have to look at the owners book to see which button(s) to press to clear and reset the filter alarm

It appears that it is a "25" error. This is a "PFC" error. One of the circuit boards has failed. You could try a full power reset by turning the machine off at the power supply for at least 30 minutes and then trying again.

A sensor tube ( looks like a wire ) in front, at air inlet, is the temperature sensor and many times this sensor is poorly cared for and even broken off by people. It's my guess, this sensor may be the problem for it controls compressor cycling on and off.

Usually, this is caused by a stuck or bad evaporator fan. There are several other possible causes. The first thing that comes to mind is low freon.
