If it tastes funny, take it back!
Maybe a bad batch.
Why not just get a good filter for your tap water?
Cheaper and more convenient than lugging water home (IMHO).

If your fridge is set at the right temperature the corned beef should be fine - use your eyes and nose to test for unusual colour and unpleasant odour.

It is easy to be swayed because you simply don't fancy it and in that case it is probably better not to use it as sandwich filling or part of a cold collation but instead make a hot dish - such as a corned beef hash; piping hot it is an excellent dish for high tea and a safe way to use leftovers, etc.

There are many variations of the basic hash recipe; I prefer to use peas over sweetcorn though both go well together and leftover cooked cabbage, brussels sprouts, etc. can also be added. I also prefer to coat the diced corned beef with beaten egg before adding it to the potatoes.

Leftover potatoes and greens fried together until crisped underneath made a typical "quick" Saturday (winter warmer) lunch in many British homes and was known by the unappetising name of "bubble and squeak". Served with a fried egg, a couple of rashers of bacon and/or sausages, baked beans and either ketchup or hot brown sauce...

Umm. Ok. If you want to get rid of them you can raise the temperature of your freezer a degree or two

I would place a manual thermometer inside to double check but if display is correct it is 16 degees below freezing, this isn't as cold as a freezer usually gets though.

Newer freezers/refrigerators tend to run a lot. Typically 75% of the time is a norm. Some other things could affect this such as ambient temperature, location could be an issue depending on if it is in the basement, or in a sunroom. Usage can also cause it if the door is opened and closed a lot. Along with trying to maintain a temperature below zero. The colder it is, the longer it needs to run to try and achieve it! Should be as close to 0' F as possible.

It is best to give as much info as possible when posting. Model #'s let me look up what you have and being a serviceman I am aware of certain "ticks" between models. Age of the unit tells me if it is maybe getting ready to go! Not always though. The temp you have while the problem is happening.

You said you replaced everything? do you men electrical parts or components? A list would be helpful. Location in home/ or is it business use? A picture of the frost pattern would also go a very long way!

i don't know. might there be something elase using the same 30 amp service that draws a lot of amps ?
you could try increasing or decreasing temp by one or two degrees [ if that is possible] to see if that cures light on/off.

See if you’re fans are running

It is on the label on the rear of the fridge in amps. Multiply the amps by 110 volts to get watts.
