Yes of course if it was made with the unit its was important then as well as it should be now contact manufacture. Reset buttons reset micro processor functions as well as reset the unit memory capability.. Hope this helps God bless

Check for a threaded rod at slave cyl. or it might have a cable with a thread ,pull cable away and wind nuts inwards.

There are a few things that could happen. Without looking at it, I really cant say what the root cause is. The common issues are: 1) a loose motor connection 2)a loose battery connection but this should correct once you cycle the power 3)a bad brake solenoid. Just recently i had a similar situation and the indicators showed that it was a bad joystick, when i checked the wiring harness, i found a broken wire to the brake solenoid. Get a tech to look at it first. It may be a simple fix. They should be able to narrow down the search if they put a programmer on the controller to see what the actual fault is. Please inquire if they have a programmer that will work on your chair before they come out. I think this will be the only way they will be able to quickly identify the issue.

Charging circuit is damaged.

Wall outlet bad? Charger not turned on/plugged in right? Something disconnected? Bad battery connection? Blown fuse in chair or charger? Bad battery or batteries?

Looks like idle stepper motor issue - try to clean it first before replacing.

You should charge the batteries overnight every day you use it and every few days if not using to get the most life. If it is not going to be used for weeks or months you should charge the batteries then either remove or unplug the batteries from the main control box if possible.

Dismantle and check for damage.

I take it you are talking about increasing the maximum speed beyond the maximum the chair is set for now! the max listed speed for the jet 3 is 4mps, so if your chair is doing that there is only changing a load of hardware to increase speed past that (it is very costly) if your chair is second hand it may be that the chairs programming has been changed to reduce the max speed say for in-door use or for elderly with slow reactions to better control the chair, if that is the case it depends on the controller you have it would need a programmer box, you can buy these on ebay and the like or you could take it to a mobility shop and see if they will change it, a lot of these shops will offer to do it free to try and get your future custom, it only takes a couple of mins, most will just plug in to the charge / data port on the controller, select from the menu and adjust the speed etc. hope that helps.

Probably a broken wire near door hinges.

Something between the batteries and the motors and joystick is interrupted. Recheck fuses and connections.

I had similar issues and by replacing the 2200 micro (Mu) Farad, 10 Volt capacitor on the PCB, all of my issues ceased. Any Pride Mobility dealer with a repair shop has a programmer gadget that can adjust the balance between the motors. Find your shop here: Pride Mobility Products If you can fix it with the gadget, it's cheap. Otherwise, actual repair can be expensive.
