You need to review the audio setting! Check the cables behind device, (audio one) then make sure it is connected with proper one on the plastic connector! Good luck

Have you tried other disc's

The two units are incompatible.

Nothing except replace it.

While the machine is on, put the old toner back into the machine, close the front cover. Open the front cover and replace it with the new toner. Make sure new toner is shake well.

Possibly failure of the selector

Sounds like you need to land the Key On Power to a different point.

Does it do this on all disc's?

Probably incompatibility

You need to contact Jensen product support website.

Ground - negative
12v positive - switchable positive (for example, on when ignition is on, usually connected to accessory side on ignition switch)
auto ant - connected to your electric antenna or to turn on external amplifier.
Memory - connected to always on positive (to keep all your stereo presets )

Your going to need to do a hard reset, look at the manufactures site on how to do this
