Defective products reported within one year of date of purchase will be replaced or repaired. Call the Customer Service department at Core Products at 800-338-7014 for a return authorization number and to arrange shipping. Out-of-Warranty Service

It is difficult to determine the extent of the repair until the unit is inspected however, we guarantee the service call will not exceed $89.00 plus shipping.
