I have an Armitron 40/8172
Push the mode button until you get to the AL function (alarm). On the right hand side of the dial where you would normally see the seconds go by in the small round bezel, you will see a "--" or a "-1" or "-2" etc., these are the individual alarm programs. Cycle through them with the EL button and turn off/on the individual alarms with the ST/SP button as needed.

Configuring time, date etc for my O.T.S watch
http://www.worldofsportwatch.com/en/product-3315.html
This is a link to a website that has OTS watches on it. Click on the OTS watch you have and there is a manual selection. The instructions are a bit hazy but basically you have to press the mode button 3 times, the reset button to get to what you want to change, and then the start button as many times as needed to change it to what you want. I finally corrected my watch time and date using it. Thankfully!

Hello: Watch stops , will not work unless
Most watch company's offer a 2 year warranty on the movement and it sounds like a problem with the movement. I recommend taking it back to the point of purchase with reciept if they can't look it up and most company's will remedy the problem at no cost to you (when it is that new).
