I solved this same problem by removing the canopy and realigning the helix shaft with the motor gear. The small screwdriver provided will work. Be careful of the front white LED light when pulling the canopy off.

You havent given us enough detail. When you say 'Bottom Spring" do you mean the mattress support?
The drop down bars bolt on to the headboard or footboard (one each) and let the dropside move up and down, held in place by the bars. The backside usually has bolts that run thru the head and footboard
to attach them. Some just have small nubs that the top of the backside sit onto and a bolt holds the
bottom of both sides. If you wish to send a picture of what you have for further details, send
it to [email protected]
I will help you get it right.

Has it been recalled

Regularly check the website of the Consumer Product Safety Commission for list of recalled baby products and sleep sets.

You can also check out http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504763_162-20008769-10391704.html. The list changes every year so you have to find out if the brand of crib you are looking or is included in the list.

Hello, i have problem with

Yes if the rear propeller does not work the helicopter cannot be made to turn around. So it is important that the rear rotor works.
Now make sure that the drive is working to let the motor work , if controlled by the remote make sure the remote command works or is a fault in the remote.
Check the mechanics of the rotor movement. reset.

I have an Armitron 40/8172

Push the mode button until you get to the AL function (alarm). On the right hand side of the dial where you would normally see the seconds go by in the small round bezel, you will see a "--" or a "-1" or "-2" etc., these are the individual alarm programs. Cycle through them with the EL button and turn off/on the individual alarms with the ST/SP button as needed.
