Should be under warranty. Contact jbl for repair. Sounds like either the battery or charging circuit is bad

Check for main switch on the back and main fuse, if the fuse is blown replace with same rating, make Shure you have signal coming in

If you feel happy to do it I would take out a driver and try to look at the capacitors on the crossover for any leakage and if you have a multimeter handy check that the ohm's on the bass driver to see if they are within the stated range,a continuity test or a 9v battery across the bass terminals should tell if coil is broken,also is this just on the one speaker or both?

You need to be more specific. What model jbl? How are they hooked up and to what?

is it the remote not working or the receiver not receiving take your remote and point the lens at the camera of your phone turn the camera on and when you press the remote button ( any button ) you will see a white dot on the phone screen if it is working

Possible blown fuse on the plate or possibly inside the sub cabinet

First, I know nothing at all about ipods. However, I am a decent electronics guy. Obviously, one end of the power cord plugs into a wall outlet; the other connects to the station. How? Does the cord simply disappear inside the station, or is there some kind of connecting plug? Which end is frayed? If it's at the wall plug end, you could simply cut the wire (unplug it first !!!) above the fray and wire in a new standard wall plug. You can do the same on the station end if the wire runs directly into the unit AND if you can get in there to reconnect the wire. If, on the other hand, the wire is attached to the station via some sort of power plug (like a printer for example), you'd better leave that puppy alone and invest in a new docking station or new power cord. You'd also better stop using the unit unless you can fix it. Bare wires spell tripped breakers and danger of injury.

No volume on these. Are they fully charged? Volume is controlled from source of music only.

Having them wired in series. Should only be a ground issue.

Unscrew the amplifier portion on the back. disconnect it from the aluminum shroud. It easily overheats and when you take the aluminum box on the backside of the amplifier off, it allows proper cooling and airflow. After removing the shroud, mine stopped overheating and shutting off automatically.

I'd have to know the make and model mixer to properly advise you. In general, if I were you, I'd come out of the L/R mixer outs to the JBLs and run the sub from an aux send set to post faders. However, I would suggest getting a different sub. That one will not keep up with the eon's. You would probably need 4 of them to get close to matching.
