You might need to go via the foam side. Often you have to remove the foam and that shows the access screws. You can glue the foam back with Bostick after you have done. Or you can look around for new foam pads.

that humming sound 60Hz is a hint of short. inside it needs to be repaired in a shop. a shop can fix it. you have no tools or parts or tech skills to fix it inside. right? so get it to a shop or buy the service manual and have at it. find the short. (top cause bad CAPS)

replace C42. easy fix. ordered the new capacitor from amazon (100uf 35v)

It sounds like you have a disc stuck and it's overriding any commands. I would put the key to acc. Then I would unplug the cd changer from the back of changer and after a min or 2 plug it back in as you hold down on the eject button

Everyone keeps talking about a reset small hole around eject button/ power switch. I have the JBL 6 disc changer. Where is this reset hole on that system? 2002 Camry.

could be one of the internal wires is loose, possibly where it connects to the back side of input jack.
