How to put platform flat by front wheel when putting in boot of car?

There is a winged nut behind the platform. It is very fiddly to reach and you need to undo it almost fully to move the platform and even then it only moves a little. Is best if you can manage without adjusting this regularly.

This is exactly what my husband did to our powertwin just 6wks into using it he managed to twist it slightly back into position and it holds so we have just put up with it but my god was I pissed at him! I was told it could be repaired by replacing the seat unit by a local pram shop but this seemed expensive we have managed with it like this for a yr no problems hope this helps.

Front tyre is flat..

I've had two flats on the back tyre on my jane power twin - the first time myself and my husband bought a tyre puncture kit and fixed it. The second time we tried the same thing but the puncture was in such an awkward position that the patch wouldn't adhere to the tyre so I needed a replacement. I went to my nearest Mothercare shop which sells the power twin and asked them to order me a new tyre. It took a week but the part came it and it wasn't just a tyre it was a whole back wheel. They charged me 10 euros (7 Stg approx). Hope this helps.
