Front wheel plate snapped in two

mail them or call them for distribitor near you or sell direct.
hope they are better then grand names I owned. Same strugle always.

If not, then get inventive at a DIY store like me.
I used a vice, drill ,plate, bolt and screws etc to repair my kiddie carts years ago. The best one was the cheapest from a discount supermarket which survived everything, still use it in fun parks.

Don't forget to rate me.

Pulling to the right

Check your tire pressure. We just experienced this a week ago. Sure enough, the right rear tire was flat. Once the tire was pumped up, it no longer pulled.

Popped tire on Jane Powertwin

Yes, all you need is a 12" inner tube which you can get from most bike stores. It would normally fit a childs bicycle but it is the same size as the Jane rear wheels. If you take the wheel with you, you might even get them to fit it.

Cannot fold!! pulled up on arrows to disengage top half, but what now to fold the bottom half?

You need to push it together at the same time that you are pulling up on the unlock part. It took me a few weeks to really get it down. If possible, try using the rear end of your car as a stop for the front of the stroller. Disengage the locks at the handlebars and at the same time press your weight into the stroller against the car. I promise it'll get easier over time.

Jane powertwin has stains on seats do covers come off for washing

I normaly Scrub the seats down with some stain remover and hot water on a sunny day, or ona day when it is dry. Then leave them to dry, and they come up pretty good. They only detach from the pram as a full seat so not able to put in a washer.

Jane powertrack 360

Hi,
There should be two black triangular attachments with little red handles that go on to the sides of the buggy. You use the grey handles at the end of the side arm of the buggy to pull the rear locking pins backwards and then slot the attachments on to the front pin with the red handle pointing forwards. Release the grey handle and it will lock into place. When both sides are in place, simply drop the car seat on to top of the two attachments. Removal of the car seat is by using the red handles.
HTH..
