The problem I have is that none of the wheels seem
Put some soapy water in the valve top and see if it bubbles. Yes it's the valve no it's the tube. Most strollers use the same valves, tubes and tires as kiddy bikes so check out your local bike shop.
Looking for a replacement tire
Call the store where you purchased this,and ask them,,if they dont sell it ask them to give you the 800 phone number to the company who made it for parts department.

How do you unfold the power twin frame?
The release is on the right hand side of the pushchair when you are holding the handle bar. It is about two thirds of the way down and is usually light grey with open written on it. Put Jane powertwin into U tube and KiddieCare do a video to demo this.
Two of the tubes in the wheels have popped. How
any good bike shop will be able to fix this for you as they stock all different size inner tubes. my powertwin got a puncture on the way back from school pickup once, luckily there was a bike shop on the way home - they fixed it there and then for me.
