How do I program the jamo torsten sound bar to my remote control?
Great product, horrible instructions that focused on every language known to man rather than clear steps. Hope this helps....for the JAMO TORSTEN 2 WAY SOUNDBAR W/ WIRELESS 10" SUB 360 Series, as well as other Klipsch soundbars.
If the SoundBar is in STANDBY mode (solid RED status light), push the <SOURCE> button on the SoundBar until the status light is solid GREEN.
STEP ONE (Place the unit in learning mode): With the status light showing solid GREEN, press and hold the <SOURCE> and <MUTE> buttons on the front of the SoundBar at the same time (approximately 3 seconds) until the status light flashes RED and GREEN.
STEP TWO (Select the function to learn): Press the <MUTE> button once on the SoundBar (the status light changes to solid ORANGE).
STEP THREE (Learn the function): Hold your remote control within one foot and pointed at the front of the SoundBar. Slowly press the <MUTE> button on your remote control four times. On the first three presses, the status indicator light will flicker ORANGE with each press. If the unit has successfully learned the function, on the fourth press of the button, the light will flash GREEN several times and then turn to solid GREEN.
To program the remaining functions, simply repeat all steps, substituting <MUTE> with the new function and button presses (VOLUME UP, and VOLUME DOWN) on steps TWO and THREE.

Does any other speakers work through the channels you are putting the subwoofer through? Reason i ask is could there be a fault with the channel you are using i.e AUX? is your subwoofer connected with Aux cables or is it a speaker cable? If aux cable is there a slight break in the cable? Have you checked the subwoofer for any faulty wiring although i would may be discard that idea as if it was faulty it would lose sound altogether. But still may be have a look to cross that off your list you never know. But to me i think you have a faulty channel or Aux connection/speaker connection on your amplifier/stereo.

Internal power? Check fuses. No fuses? Disassemble and check Power supply if it is internal. If it is external, check power supply with meter.;.

Unit turns on no output
I can almost guarantee that you'll find bad electrolytic caps on the power supply board to be the cause of the problem. I've seen several of these with the same problem. The protect circuit stays latched due to excessive ripple.
