well if ur using the battery wonder why it aint working you use the computer to chaarger if it says low battery im sorry but if your son has alot of rare data,he has to reset the watch back to normal time im wondering how u got the correct time ;(

If you are using the cable input connection, you usually need to be on Channel 3 (sometimes 4)

If using RCA connectors on TV, you'll need to use the Line In channel setting. Usually "down" from ch 1. e.g. 4,3,2,1, then Line 1 or 2.. May be called Aux 1 or 2 ( 2 - only if there are more than 1 set of RCA input connectors)

Make sure the plastic tab is completely removed from under the store battery pack. My tab broke and we had to take the watch apart to remove it. Once we did this, the watch worked.

connect the usb plug from the watch to a PC or laptop while the pc or laptop is on.

problem solved... wand is NOT waved in front of doll. Rather you touch the wand to the chest area to get the sound to activate.

Works...but lame. Commercials show you waving it and the box alludes to it as well.

i just had the same problem! messed with it for a little bit. there is a magnet in tinkerbell's chest and in the flower part of the wand. you have to touch the flower to tinkerbell's chest and it will activate her lights!
