The external battery pack supplied in the box with the watch works in "Try Me Mode". There is a reset button on the back of the watch. Reset the unit and the USB port will work. I have two units that had exactly the same problem. Both are charging now!

Need instrutions on how to make Chill treats. There was no Intructions in the box

Why would you need a key?? This is a plug and play. You plug it into the tv and put it on the right channel and turn the unit on.

Has anyone else ran into this issue? Please respond if you have a solution. We are having a similar problem. Windows 7 OS 64 Bit.

I too am having the same prob. returned the first one back to cabelas brought home a new plug and play, it lasted all of 22 mins before it started freezing. will never buy another one.

Same problem. But I am able to set the location, time and date while usb connected. As soon as I pull it out, total failure. Even tried the RESET button on back, but nothing works.
Anybody... anybody?
