I have a Jado Glance
sounds like the o-rings inside the valve cartridge are bad. turn off valves and remove the cartridge and take it to your local hardware store or plumbing repair shop to match up and buy a new one.
this should solve your problem.
if you have further questions about this problem ,, please feel free to ask.

My cold wter side leaks when i turn the handle to on position
Check the stem and make sure the stem nut that holds it to the tub is tight.
Remove handle and you will see it use a wrench or adjustable and make sure it is tight. Over time they will work loose sometimes.
If this doesn't take care of the leak. Turn water off remove stem and take it to a hardware store to match up and get a o-ring to fit it. Don't take it off the stem till you get one for it. Depending on stem some places may or may not have one.
If you can't find one at least you can put stem back in so you can still have water.
The o-ring on the stem's side seals it from leaking at handle base.
Defective Jado classic master bath products
sounds to me as though the problem might be coming from where the drain and pop-up rod meet,..you know how there is usually some little parts i.e.; o-ring, teflon bushings, etc. that HAVE TO BE put in in order,? check that stuff out and if it fixes problem, what looked like bad a spout might not be anymore,......
How do I disassmble a jado kitchen faucet with
you have to locate the water shut off valves before you attempt removing the water lines, hopefully they will be located on the lines under your sink, if not you will have to shut the water main off coming into the house. After you have shut the water off and disconnected the lines, look under your sink at the back were your faucet comes through the sink and you will find the fasteners, unscrew these counter clockwise and the faucet will lift out .
Pull out spray don't go back
Hi, most pull out sprayers have the hose hanging under sink, the one you had to pull to retract. They come with a weight that is to be installed at bottom of loop with sprayer in "parked" position. If there is no weight, that's the problem, if there is, make sure there is nothing in the way of full movement of this hose when it pulls into the parked position. It can sometimes also be something like a wood splinter, clamp, screw, pipe or other obstruction rubbing against your hose keeping it from falling properly (as longg as that weight is on it). Let me know if this helps! Thanks
Victoria faucet Jado 51.C how to access
Here is a link to the repair parts page on Jado website for your faucet. Exploded diagram shows how the thing goes together...

The handle assembly and collar (8) will thread off after pushed past the limit of the cartridge (gentle consistent pressure)...
In terms of leak itself its hard to say but if the faucet froze from sediment build up and is now leaking it is likely that part of the cartridge is 'clogged' open...
Hope that helps...
