Jacuzzi hot tub , trips the circuit breaker, inspection found a burn't part Z-1 in on wiring digram. Can some one help with what a z-1 is Capacator?

If you have something burnt on your circuit board you will need a new circuit board.begin with finding the chip number on the circuit board. this chip is usually located close to the transformer on the circuit board.RodUS Parts Center888-521-6183

Water not flowing to jacuzzi but still flows to pool? Might anyone know what I check first have no idea?

There is no way you have water flowing to the inlets of the pool and not have the pump working. What do you mean by the word "Jacuzzi" in your statement? Is this a set up where you have a diverter that the water is used in both the pool and the hot tub?RodUS Parts Center

Is any lubrication required for the motor?

There is no lubrication required for the Jacuzzi motor. There is lube required on the o-rings. Silicone based is the best for those.RodUS Parts Center

Pump is leaking from the cap

If the water is leaking from the trap lid then the o-ring is not properly set or the lid is cracked.Try using some silicone based lube on the o-ring and then reset the lid making sure the o-ring is properly resting on the outer lip of the pump pot. RodUS Parts Center

Hi, I have spa form prestige 50 and i cam home from work and it had cut out, I restarted the jacuzzui and it went though the 4 minute prima mode and then cut out again. Please can anyone give me some

it sounds like the heating element is out. Undo the wires going to the heater and then turn the breaker back on. If the heater is bad then it will go through the purge cycle and continue to run but obviously not heat.If this is the case then you need a new Spa Part heating element. On the heater tube is the information you will need in order to find a replacement.RodUS Parts Center

The hot tub reads - - - and has power but nothing is working.

this problem is over a month old so i am not sure if you still need the help.Start by turning off the breaker. Unplug everything from the hot tub i.e. pump, heater, air blower, light - anything connected to the spa control box.Now turn on the breaker. Check the voltage coming out of the transformer in the spa control box. You may have a bad transformer or a bad circuit board. If you have power coming out of the transformer going into the circuit board, do the following:If it doesn't blow the breaker then systematically do the same process but plug in one item at a time starting with the pump first until you find the problem. Model z-110 white powder build-up around the outside end of the motor. no water leaking at this time. motor runs on 240 v. BOB ADAMS

White powder build up would indicate to me calcium deposit but calcium is usually a pretty hard caked on product once produced.Coming out of the back of the motor is usually caused by the friction of the windings working.Rodwww.uspartscenter.com

Jacuzzi hot tub, Water is too hot. Heats until it trips the system. I have replaced the analog temperature control,

1) Safety question firstWhy hasn't the GFCI tripped. If your spa is not protected by ground fault., then you are at serious personal risk.http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-GFCI.html#arc-fault2) Replace the element.http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-test-water-heater-element.html3) If element is cracked, it can continue heating to ground wire, causing runaway heating. This applies to spas, and water heaters of all type. Replaced part but error FLO1 message does not go out

FLO Codes can be a nightmare. What part did you replace? The Pressure switch? If so try adjusting the the pressure switch. These switches typically have a dial on the side or they'll have a spot in the top where a screw driver can be used to adjust the sensitivity. Or:Dirty Filters can cause FLO error, try operate the spa with out the filter cartridge it if works its the filter.Check that all slice valves are completely open & all suction and skimmer lines are clear of debris.Check that pump impeller is working properly. Hope that helps
