Fit the stubby metal bits on the half-moon into the holes on the top of the blade. Hold the half-moon firmly and exert pressure to turn it to the right. The blade should unlock.

If there is not a flaw in the product itself it could be a problem with assembly or that the locking bar is not locked in place properly. Cleaning the juicer immediately after use makes it really easy to clean. Run few cups of water through the machine while running and make sure to use a bristle brush to scrub the screen with after use.

Just find a big wire around 1/8 diameter. Bend it and insert both ends on the blade holes. Cover the sharp blade with cloth or use leather gloves.

mcdevito75 here, The filter unscrews from the blades, you should have a tool with the juicer to help un-screw the filter.

I am sorry I might not be able to explain in English very well, but I hope it will help somebody.
In my case, the pulp container was a problem.
when you take out the container, do you see the little(very very small )hole that if you push with something like toothpic it makes sound like "click, click"? I guess when we put the pulp container back, the container is supposed to push the safety button ( bottom area), but I think the part of the container that push the button was broken, and it didn't start,so I just put something small inside the hole before I put the container back to the juicer, so it covers the missing part.
Their customer service doesn't help at all, I waited 1h to talk to somebody, and he couldn't help me. so please check that part.
