When there is no light, while connected to the charger, it is NOT charging. You should checK the charger and the power cord. Eventually check the connector in the headset. Perhaps you even can borrow for a few moments a charger from a friend? if another charges connected the light goes on, you need another charger. If nothing changes I think the little battery inside is defect. Don't bother buying and replacing the battery, when it almost costs the same as a new headset.

If it is not charging you first need to make sure your charger is good. If it is not replace it, if it is then your headset batter is probably bad and you will need to replace the headset.

Could be. No battery has a lifetime forever. But perhaps you did not unplug it correct? Try plugging it in and look if any light goes on when plugged in on the charger. You don't need it on the charger for a long time. Then unplug it an try to start it again. also check if all contacts on the Jabra and on the charge cable are clean and nothing can block the current.

Batteries have died as these batteries only have a certain life span after that they dont charge!!! C if the batteries can b changed....

The question is how have you connected means that connected through bluetooth as audio device or handsfree? the right one is the handsfree if it still doesnt work then you should contact the device manufacturer.

Bluetooth might have been defected in the electronic board. you can isolate problem by try it on different phone. if the problem follows, drained all the battery and then recharged and try it again. If this still does not work you might want to think about invested money on newer one. Hope this help. terry
