Go to tools or tools and settings. Scroll down to blue tooth setting. Make sure the Bluetooth is on and near you phone, The phone should recognize the bluetooth and will ask if you want to pair them. Just click yes and it should work.

Try 0000. That is what most of these devices use as the passkey. Make sure that you are logged into your phone (if you have a password), enable Bluetooth on your phone, and then turn on the Jabra. Some devices are picky if you get the order wrong.

The wire antenna is removeable without breaking it. The ends of the wire that are inserted into the back of the unit are bent (L-shaped) inside the unit. With the back of the unit facing you, gently slide the left end toward the center and lift out. Then slide the right end toward the center and lift out. Reverse procedure to replace wire antenna visor clip.

Delete the coupling and re-couple again waiting that all the services for the AUDIO DEVICE are added.

Bluetooth might have been defected in the electronic board. you can isolate problem by try it on different phone. if the problem follows, drained all the battery and then recharged and try it again. If this still does not work you might want to think about invested money on newer one. Hope this help. terry

try it on another phone it may be the set itself make sure , it may not be compatiable with this phone , goto youtube and see fi there is an answer there ,

you need to search for the bluetooth but makesure its switched on and its on the search mode too,then your phone must be on descoverable.then you search and pair

Could be that there is an issue with the bluetooth circuit of your motherboard. You should always try to replace a broken part yourself first. search model name plus "repair guide" on any search engine.They will show details about about part replacement etc. in detail. Then for the repair itself you can venture to do it yourself, or better ask a friend who has done a similar repair before.
