Your car ideally needs 13.2 volts to start. You need an auto electrician with a $5,000 scan tool computer to diagnose the electrical damage and fix. Get the fuel gauge fixed at the same time.

The ignition partss are worn and need testing. Or the instrument panel has issues. The engine svc lite cud be burnt and engine wont start without one. Bring car to aprivatetech thats xperiencd...not adealer

They are usually a very low Torque value. They are often set to just past finger tight. Try 8Nm, (6ft/lbs).
