I guess my first question would be, "did you try a different charger before opening it?"

Look at the date of your phone and see if it is up to date. It happens when your the date is not right.

If it's still in warranty, return it for a replacement. My experience with iRulu was that their Quality Control was/is minimal at best.

Most apps are not written for nor can they be run from an SD card, as SD card access speed is not the same as internal RAM speed. Also, app writers avoid it since it complicates the app structure having to allow for use with or with out SD cards.

1st pass, go into the settings (the gear icon) amd make sure that wi-fi is turned on. I don't recall mine doing that but that was a couple of tablets (several years) ago. 2nd pass, if the wi-fi is on, make sure it is seeing your wi-fi hub (router). 3rd pass, if the wi-fi is on and you can log into the router with another machine (like a laptop or smart phone) then it's time to get it replaced and hope the warranty is still in effect. If the warranty has expired, go onto ebay or Amazon and get a real tablet. iRulu was my first tablet and I consider it to have been a piece of junk. Definitely not worth even the small price I paid for it.

let it rest in the charger overnight, the battery has become so low it needs a firm charge first to be able to work again might be working after charging it for 1 hour even but i would still let it charge overnight..:)

Have you put batteries in the keyboard? If it's a bluetooth keyboard then you need to let it charge for a few hours

first of all, make sure that your tablet has an On the go USB port or data port if not, it can only be used to charge. If you connect our tablet to a computer usb port, and your computer recognises it, then you have a data port. If you plug in a usb memory stick, and your computer can not read it, it does not have a USB to go port. Also, some Cable adapters are On the Go wired, and may not work properly. It may also be that the USB port is not providing enough power from the tablet to the keyboard. In that case, buy a split power usb cable, and plug the red (power only) into a usb charger or powered usb hub.

you will need to set up the wifi first , there is a spot in the setup screens that says wifi , go to this and expand it by clicking on it , this will show a list of avail networks (there could be more than one) select yours in the list , a prompt will show up (enter network password ) you must enter your network password exactly as its in your router (or coffee shop router) and press enter when done , it will prompt back with connecting " when its done it will go back to previous screen , make sure your main prompt for wifi is still on then open your browser and enter a desination it should work , I will tell you this model is very picky about signal strength and wont connect unless you have least four bars .

Try some highly rated free Android cleanup tools from Play Store. I have a couple I use on my cell phone that work great. Android tablets are very similar to computers and can get clogged up with temp files and also corrupted clutter. CM security, Clean master, one tap boost.. These work nicely.. thee are 2 keyboard layouts in use and they have the letters in different positions find the key board settings and change it to american key board layout or opposite to what it is now
