Could be that you have bent the crown shaft.....easily done, see if anyone will service it for you, sadly, many eatchsmiths won't touch INVICTA

Get it serviced

It could be a couple of things, the second hand is not seated properly and is rubbing. May need a cleaning, or fresh battery. Unless you have taken a watch apart I would bring it to a watch repair or send it directly to Invicta USA they will give you an estimate. Should not be expensive

Your local bargain basement store should sell the multi packs of batteries, I know here in the UK you can go to PoundLand and get a pack of 30, combination of 15 different popular batteries, two of each. At £1, they’re a steal. I use them to replace the batteries at the local charity shops, which is something I do free of charge, just a few hours a week.
If you are unable to do it yourself, take it to a key cutters as they usually do watch batteries and will be a hell of a lot cheaper than a high street jewellers.

It appears you will be changing the battery yourself. If so I would suggest to unscrew the case and read the ID on the battery. Screw off back case and take a look to the battery. All batteries have type and number.

The battery number should be engraved on the back.

How long had it been setting? I would check your fuel system for a fuel delivery problem. Spray a short burst of starting fluid into the carb and see if it will start.
