Depending upon the movement, most pro divers have a *****-down crown for water tightness. First unscrew the *****-down crown. You can then pull the stem out one or two clicks. The first click permits you to set the date by turning the crown one way or the other. The second click should permit you to adjust the time. Then push the crown back in, hold it down and ***** it down 4 water resistance. Be gentle when manipulating the crown and stem!

Insulting answers. Respondents simply didn't RTFM, which is lame in all three dimensions - typically Invicta. This product has been out since 2011. Where is its pdf manual? ESPECIALLY this product, which is so different than most every other Invicta watch !!

Do the minute and hour hands keep proper time? I've seen your problem before when the hand has come loose from the center post that turns it. You probably need someone who knows what they are doing to pull the crystal and reseat the second hand. Do this when the watch is off!
