First test your CPU or replace it then tast all leads that are attached to your hard drive sounds like a faulty lead of some sorts then
try replacing all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA and the ones that attach from your motherboard to hard drive
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty ?

Thrift stores are great for finding replacement cords, and you cant beat the prices. You might have to dig a little, but it could be worth your time. And if that don't work , you can always go on Amazon, they have every cord or adapter , connectors and a lot more. Plus if available you can buy used on amazon as well, just put it in your search. To play DVD video you must have DVD decoder Codec.
So you can use power DVD softwares of VLC media players,these players decode the DVD video.If you had latest Power DVD software download and install it.Otherwise here is the link for free VLC media player Download

otherwise download Trial version of Power DVD
Download Power DVD 9

this is because u have disabled d3d acceleration .to enable it

1.select run from start menu

2.type dxdiag and click ok

3.then dxdiag dialogue box will appear.from it select the display tab at the top and click enable d3d option.

Intel stopped supporting the technology after Microsoft began to support in in Windows 10 in native mode. You may be encountering legacy issues. Mirasoft is a way of broadcasting via WI FI without going through a router. You well may have to resort to an HDMI connection between the devices if compatibility issues persist.
