Insignia tv went black

Try unplugging and waiting about a minute and then plug it in again. If that doesn't work then it's probably a problem in the power supply.

I have a 65 in Insignia led tv. Standby light is on until power is turned on. It then flashes 6 times, picture comes on for a second then off. I tried power supply, main board and tcon. All no help

Probably shorted LEDs behind the screen. Probably you can unplug the lights and see if TV stays on. There is quite a lot of Info on the Net on how to change them actually. Some tvs I just order a strip of them and just solder in new ones.

How do I scan channel on my insignia roku tv

This step may could depend on the model of your Insignia TV. The following applies to the Insignia 39" NS-39DR510NA17 . For the first time setup, press the Home button on the Roku remote and select the Antenna TV icon. Use the on-screen prompts to scan for channels. For subsequent scans, press the Home button on the remote. Select the Settings icon. Navigate to Settings > TV Inputs > Antenna > Scan Again for channels. Select Start finding channels and use the on-screen prompts. To watch TV, you can use the Antenna TV icon. Alternatively, change the TV source to Antenna TV from the TV Input list. Press the Back button on the Roku remote while watching any TV input (including the TV). You can also use the TV's Power/Input button. With the TV on, quickly press and release the Power button to see the Input list. Press and release the Power button as needed to navigate between available inputs. The manual for the NS-39DR510NA17 is available on the product support page: https://www.insigniaproducts.com/pdp/NS-39DR510NA17/4863802 . Why does my insignia 55 inch tv come on then after bout 5 or 10 mins goes blank but is still on and has sound model #ns-55e480a13a

It sounds to me like the power supply for the back light needs to have new capacitors installed. TV's are now manufactured to fail shortly after the warranty runs out! See if you have a friend that can do the repair for you.

I need a region free code for my Insignia NS-BRDVD

This worked for my NS-BRDVD2-CA, basically the same model as yours.
1. Turn on the player.
2. Press the home/setup button and release. Enter 9-1-1-3 on the number pad.
3. "Configure player" appears in the wheel menu to the left of the screen. Using the up or down arrow button on your remote, navigate to it and press enter.
4. Three menus appear on a blue screen in the centre of the set: DVD Region, BD Region, and BD Profile. Select the one you want and press enter.
5. A grey screen appears in the centre showing the various regions. Navigate to the one you want and press enter.
6. Exit the grey menu by pressing the left arrow key, then press it again to exit the blue menu. The screen will appear as it did in step 3 before you pressed enter.
7. Open the drawer and put in your foreign disc. Wait a little bit. When it's ready, the disc's main menu appears. Play it like you would any disc.
8. Voilà! Consider yourself fortunate: You're now able to play foreign DVDs and Blu-rays on your cheap North American player.

P.S. Remember that you have to do this every time you want to play a foreign DVD, because when it's shut off the player automatically defaults to Region 1 for DVDs and Region A for Blu-rays (i.e. North America for DVD and the Americas for Blu-ray). The "configure player" menu disappears sometimes, too; to see it again, simply re-perform the "home/setup, 9-1-1-3" hack.
