Says it is paired, but
In your Audio section of your PC find "Sound" and select Bluetooth rather than your speakers, and then do not forget to change it back when done.

I need drivers for Insignia headphone wireless
Windows 7 should automatically find the device and install the necessary software when you plug in the "Insignia" bluetooth transmitter. Once this is complete (can take a few minutes) you will need to connect your headset. It will connect and attemp to install drivers. It will not find the drivers on Windows Update, but instead it will tell you that you need to download a "Lenovo" driver and go to the broadcom website. Ignore Broadcom as they have removed this from detected devices and will just lock the system up. Instead download the Lenovo "Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software" driver that it suggests even though you may not have an IBM/Lenovo system.
The filename it downloaded for me was "7zbv14ww.exe", but if you do a google search there is a v15 available but I haven't tried it as the v14 is working perfectly fine for me.
Hope this helps.

By default all bluetooth devices come with a 0000 passskey must earpieces won't allow you to change it unless is a very high tech device.

Lost Disc
I bought this headset from Best Buy and it came with a usb dongle. I also lost the disc. Insignia's website is useless, and the Broadcomm update website is down at the time of this writing. After hours upon hours of scouring, I found a working driver, which works perfectly. This works on Windows XP, but I can't verify that it will work for Vista. I hope this helps you.
http://drivers.anycom.com/bluetooth/usb-200-250/anycom-bluetooth-usb200-250-windows-v5-1-0-4200.exe
I will never buy Insignia products again because of their lack of driver support.
Best regards,
