Most CD players have a small hole in the front bezel, below the disc tray door. If you straighten a large paperclip and push it straight into this hole, about 1.5 inches, the door should pop open enough for you to pull it completely open with your fingers. It may take a couple of tries, as you need to hit a small metal tab directly inside the hole, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in.

If the CD transport doesnt complete its cycle it will stay busy as you describe. Most likely a worn drive belt that can be changed from the front once you have the tray open. There is a mechanical release located on the bottom left of the drive below the tray about an inch from the left. A thin metal tool like a fingernail file will unlock it by pushing straight back.

It is very difficult to hunt down a turntable belt, take the belt to a TV service shop, he should have a belt gauge to measure the belt in hopes he has that size in stock.

The unit will record to CD from the turntable, cassette or the AUX port. Place a blank CD-R or CD-RW in the CD tray. (Note: CD-RW discs may not play on other CD players.) Press the Phono, Tape or Aux button to select your audio source for recording. (For Aux, you will need to connect the source device to the AUX port in the back of the ITRR-501.) Wait for the CD disc to load and check for any indicator lights (you should see the "NO TOC" and "CD" or "CD-RW" lights lit). Select your Track increment (or Auto Manual for unattended track formation).Press Record button and the up arrow to adjust the recording level.

If you are recording from an LP, put the tone arm down on the record. For all sources, press Play. Press Stop to end recording or Pause to temporarily break the recording. Press the Track Increment button to advance the track number if you are doing so.

To finalize your CD-R to make it readable on all players: after stopping the recording, press the Finalize button.

Turntable belts can be found on EBAY.

Make sure you are using BALANCED interconnection cables to the speakers, either XLR or TRS connections. ALSO make sure all interconnected equipment such as the speakers AND the mixer are powered from the SAME receptacle at the venue... yes you have to run extension cords... the pro's do it so they don't have hum and other noise and don't damage their equipment.

try selling your items on EBay if you have any antiques call or visit an antique store good luck

They do not exist. I was not given instructions with mine. Now its only function is an Ipod charger and speaker.
