The seals are worn out. Needs to be replaced.

Usually the reset button is located on bottom of disposal near where wire is connected.. Use your hair mirror to look at bottom of disposal. It should have come with a Allen wrench. Be sure it is off. Insert it in the bottom into the center hole. Move it back and forth several times until it frees up. Remove wrench and try, you may have to do this several times. Also be sure the unit is reset before turning on. If it does nothing nor makes nay noise it is probably tripped.
