When the pilot goes out and won't stay lit is is usually because the Thermocouple safety device has failed. The burners should never be on when the thermostat is off. That is incredibly dangerous. You need a gas registered service technician.

since I have no model or serial, I assume this is an electric oven based on the description provided. this is usually an indication that the heating element has gone bad. possibly having a short to ground which completes a partial circuit in turn giving you heat and a light. I would look in this direction first.

Hi Aenriquez, this is a monster cooker. I have one at home in pieces, still waiting for refurbishing. I dismantled the cooker sevaral years ago, so I do not know everything about it anymore. But the mainsting here is, has it Flame Failure devices. I think so, bu can not remamber that. If so, then I would suggest that this item needs to be replaced. this is a common indication that the ignition module is probably going bad or the flame sensor is not sensing the flame on the burners. There are other, more technical issues possible but this is usually the most common. The "not restart" , if referring to the burners, is an indication that the ignition module has "locked out" the system, usually after 3 failures of attempts to light the burners.

There seems to be a problem in the pilot light, possibly an obstruction.
