You should try the MeSmooth. It is an awesome device I think your husband will like. It works with IPL which is Intense Pulsed Light and radio frequencies that get directed to the base of the follicle. Your husband will be able to adjust the settings, which gives him the ability to change what he needs for different parts of the body, based on sensitivity and the amount of hair in a given area. The system is more comfortable than anything on the market, which is unusual in my experience. It works with all skin tones, which is not the case with all the DIY permanent hair removal products.
