Hyundai LTV321 and the remote has stopped
To initially test if the remote is working set an AM radio to channel 1700 (volume full) and use another remote. Press and hold ON to hear a pulsing sound; that means the remote is transmitting. Repeat with the Hyundai remote and there probably will be no pulsing sound.
The remote is known to fail (as can be seen with all the postings). I, too, had the problem and isolated it down to the IR diode cold solder joint. The diode is the clear little bulb, you see projecting from the front of your remote. Open the remote (not easy) but can be done with a sharp knife and patience (there are five clips, one at the bottom of the remote and two on each side of it). Once opened, one can see the solder joints on the diode. They look good, but what Hyundai has done during the manufacturing process is insert a copper pad between the diode leads and the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) track and I assume not enough solder or heat was applied to this joint when assembling, thus causing a cold solder joint between the pad and PCB track. Scratch the green paint next to these joints to expose the copper and re-solder the joints and allow the solder to flow to the tracks. Careful not to over solder and short out tracks.
You can now re-assemble the remote and try it with the AM Radio to confirm it is transmitting or simply try it on your TV.
Good Luck

When we plug in the
In this case it's clear that the set has engaged a "protection" mode. If there is a defect that can actually damage the your equipment further. I suggest that you take it to a repair shop for an evaluation. You will be charged for that but it's cheaper than replacing the set.
When you unplug it and wait few moments you are resetting the on board computer to the beginning of it's program. That often works if the "computer" gets confused by spikes from PG&E. Once the "computer" is reset. In this case it's warning you that it needs some professional attention. Try the place that your purchased it from for help.
This is also a good "tip" this works with anything with a microprocessor in it. Today that's like almost everything.

TV turns off a second after switching it on.
Hi:
Open the back and check the power supply for faulty or swollen tops of capacitors, these usually are the reason for power failures in LCD televisions. If you find any capacitors that are puffy on the top replace with same value and voltage rating, all capacitors should be flat on their tops

Moved HPT-4250H TV out of
I see a lot of examples of this in my shop, people tell me that they just, moved the set, and now it will not work any more. The things to check, are The Power Cord, Power Point. If they are OK, then we must check out the set. Have you pressed the button on the actual set itself, to start of the Start up sequence? This is required usually after any removal from power. It was turned OFF when Unplugged and re-plugged back in? As if it wasn't this can and does cause the Power Supply to fail on occasion. These TV's are very, very sensitive, to even the smallest of knocks, jostles or rough handling at all. It can break solder joins, dislodge connectors, in fact all manner of things. So please check over the entire set, ensure it has power, has the Master Power button been switched to ON.? Check that.
The Master ON/OFF switch is not mentioned in owners manual. BUT it IS there and MUST be turned ON for it to function. I bet thats the problem.
