Do you have a side imaging transducer? If so, mounting to the inside of a fiberglass hull will not work. The transducer mounting needs to be as flat (pointed downward) as much as possible and use the slow curing epoxy that would come with the unit. If you cannot find the problem, contact the manufacturer for support.

the solenoid valves come in 24vac and 24vdc (rare) what you have I don't know, same with the controller, why not contact , Hummingbird. did you lose the power pack is that it? tell what is missing, tell when it last worked right, or what is the story.

I would leave 12 inches between but do not put the speed sensor near the prop wash.

got to settings, and under display and brightness settings make sure it is at either full brightness or a level where your screen is not as dark. If it is very dark so that you cannot see, you may need to do the operation in a dark room or at night under your bed.

sounds like you replaced the black cartridge, do you run the "align print head" on the printer. Sounds like the black is not aligned to the printer input.
