is your transducers 83hkz and 200hkz or just 200 hkz???

click menu twice scroll down to (unit) click on it scroll down to simulator mode see if its on if so click on it turn simulator off

take it off auto and set contrast to your likings

sounds to me your sat. receiver has gone out is it a internal or external receiver if external replace it if internal . . .new unit
