The factory reset removed the Google account data from your phone. When first setting up a phone, you pair the phone with a google account. On the off chance that was not the first thing you did after the factory reset, you may have to hard reset it again and then go through setup immediately to pair a Google account with the phone. enter your recovery and wipe your cache and then try to reboot, check YouTube how to enter recovery mode for your model as it is different for most phones.

Looks like a hardware problem. The phone may have a defect in circuit. Suggest contacting your provider.

Phones are very cheap now so just get a new one or reconditioned model.

I am not an expert but I would try completely powering off my device before charging. There might be apps that are running in the background causing the battery to drain once again after fully charging it. I hope this helps.
