Have you deleted them somehow? if so you can't get them back, they are gone.

you should check with service centre.

first try a soft reset or try a default password 1234


if that doesnt work you will need to do a hard reset. this is how there are two ways here is way number one

To do a hard reset its a bit of a pain

while pressing and holding both soft keys which are the two dashes just bellow the screen push the stylus into the reset hole pic above
Keep pressed until the warning appears. continue

If the device just starts up quickly then you have done a soft reset only.(as mentioned above)
Try again all three things must be done at the same time and held until the hard reset message appears.

If you succeed in hard re-setting but the password is still asked for then we may need an extra few steps to ensure the registry is cleared. .

way number two..

press and hold the left &right soft key, and at the same time, use the stylus to press thereset button at the bottom of your device.
release the stylus but continue pressing the 2 soft keys until you see a message on your screen



Release the two soft keyss, and then press the green call button on your device.


To perform a hard reset using Clear Storage if you can access it

1. Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Clear Storage.
2. Type "1234" in the box and tap YES.

You can hard reset the phone. This deletes everything.

Take your stylus out and use it to press and hold the reset button while at the same time holding down the left and right hard keys (-). Hold it until you see words on the screen.

You'll have to press Send twice to confirm. Your phone will be as if you never turned it on.

did you try calibrating the touch screen? i would first do a hard reset then go to Start> Settings> System tab> Screen> General tab> Align Screen. try using a stylus instead of fingers too! worked for mine

Try putting a little piece of folded paper between the battery and the SIM. Maybe it`s a loose contact.

clear storage again but this time take the sd card out from the bottom of the phone, he has installed a custom rom and the customisations your installing are coming from the sd card

You cannot reset your IMEI number. You can find out what your IMEI number is by pressing *#06#.

Tap (START>SETTING>CONNECTION>CONNECTION MANAGER>PHONE ICON)

It may locked to some Network,so that it's Not detect the Sim Card...You can Unlock the Mobile using the Unlock code,You can get the Unlock Code at
http://www.onlinegsmunlock.com/htc-tytn-2/rs7wp9/ and Unlock it from NETWORK LOCK....Check code for your network lock in the list...then you can use any GSM Sim Card it will detect.......
