I think you get wrong HTC TyTN II unlock code my friend, try to get the correct one by calling your original network phones provider. If you need instant HTC unlock code, you can try find them from online unlock code store, you just need to wait for a couple of minutes and you will get new unlock code complete with instruction how to insert that unlock code in your email.

Try reinserting the SIM and then check if the Services resume?

I don't recommend HTC phones for this reason. Poor quality. If you have a problem with their phones their only support number is in the Netherlands and you have to ship them your phone if it's under warranty with no spare to use while it's in service. Remove battery , let sit for 2 miniutes . Re install battery , in proper position , hold on button for a few seconds and this should work ...

Is your company on exchange 2007? and is your phone sync'd to it wirelessly?

You can allways deploy a GPS tracking tool to the phone if it hasn't been wiped.

I would suggest a tool that doesn't have much of a setup required and can be just "ran/installed"

Possible failure of the touch screen or the main board. But since this job is adviced to be looked into by the company specially if spares are required, the opttion to remove must be reconsidered.
Try and warm up set to confirm if any moisture set on has resulted in the prroblem.

Try to calibrate the touch screen. Also clean it with a soft cloth. But calibrating it should help the film when you tap the screen.

I have, however, forced installation for a newer model, and it succeeded, but is SLOW and I do not recommend it.
