I reckon yer phone is stuffed as there is a loose connection in the headset jack and thus the phone thinks there is a plug in there all the time. The only suggestion l can make is to get nail 3.5mm the size of the plug and stick it down the hole an give it a wiggle (at yer own risk of course ) this should shake up the connections an should be all good again.

Check your connection. If your Bluetooth will not connect to your phone, it's possible that it isn't paired or has lost its pairing with your phone. Begin by powering off your Bluetooth by pressing the multifunction button located at the top of the device.

Open programming of your radio, read it and see in programming help about Baud Rate, normally it is a speed of programming of your radio. If you can read/write with same rate then you no need to change it.
