Need Codes for sanyo AC

I have a G62 that I've taken apart a couple times to fix issues. Right now the video card has an issue with turning on. I can get it to work by turning the brightness down before I shut it down; it will boot normally usually. If not, I can flip the screen open and closed a few times and it will finally get going. It's a backlight powerup problem that I haven't the patience to sort out. The battery has nothing to do with it, except it diddles the voltage a bit and might get the display working. I can't see the bootup screen, though; if I want to change anything, I have to connect an external monitor. I usually blow the dust out of it with an air compressor every few months (I use it rarely). Otherwise the heat sink and fan cruds up with dirt and overheats. I like the PC even though it's 6 years old. It runs all distros of Linux nicely. Mint, openSuSE, Ubuntu, Bodhi, Puppy, Manjaro.

The charge controller is not designed to absorb power it is normally an on or off situation. (sometimes at high speed). If it was absorbing 3.5A it would go on fire. I would suggest checking the solar array by shorting it while out of circuit this will determine the mpp current of the array within about 3% at a given time, reconect the array back on to the charge regulator (assuming the sun has not suddenly been covered by a cloud). If the current is dramaticaly lower than the short circuit current then the battery bank may be controlling the amperage volume, If this is the case there may be a number of reasons for this which would require further info.
