You'll probably have to replace it. There are videos on youtube that can give you instructions on how to replace it, or you can bring it into a qualified computer repair shop and they can replace it for you.

I cant watch you or your screens fail.
no way,
no photos of you posted, of the boot process failing.
(pretty hard to fix things blind here in this text box. real hard)

the only time an enter key is needed(booting)
is the w7 login screen
gee do you get that 1st screen
then type on your pass word, and then the enter key is dead here?
do tell how fare in the boot process one gets.

try booting (power on) and go to safe mode.
power on and hammer f8 and bam, your are in safe mode
does that work?

if you think a keyboard is bad, one can test that 2 ways.
1: using a desktop keyboard (any) to the USB ports. any.
2: booting to a LINUX test bood USB stick. keys work now?

if 1# works then the keyboard is bad or its driver bad,
if #1 does not work try linux.. both ways, internal keyboard and test USB keyboard,
after all this you have hard set of clues as to what's UP.

no PC stated\

ok so I google for you and learn this is in fact a motherboard
was it so hard to tell that? (nouns matter)
there is no electronic schematic, (pdf , service books yes)
a real schematic is trade secret.! ( why invite cloners?)
but if you google all day you do see them leak out of china.
illegallyy BTW.
https://www.eserviceinfo.com HAS NONE.(Even by makers name)
where did you get said MOBO?
or from what laptop, ? name maker and model #?
I see them sold for $15 (scrap value)
says from HP or Toshiba PC laptops, no model's told by silly sellers, and matters !

the mobo maker does not sell these to the public,
only to OEM makers of PC, unstated by you.
they are in china that maker, so... good luck reading Chinese.

why not start post with facts. like.;
what PC? (for sure it came out of one !)
where did you find this junk? (dumpster or ebay)
what is wrong with it? name one problem.? firsts.
start off with symptoms first , and not ask for schematics on very rare old motherboards. good day and good luck in your search.

sr19190x
what does FIX mean? is yours dead?
or are you doing an UPGRADE fix, but the answer is the same.
no reason stated to need new GPU chip, or card,
non at all, reasons matter, gaming are you, why not say that and what games you run or better in the future,!
first lets decode that model # to real words.
it is a :
Compaq Presario SR1910NX Desktop PC Product (2006 made) 13 long years old.
13and as such It sure can uses PCI video cards vast (makers)\
the issues are, what slots it has and what PSU it has.
HP used a ASUS mobo here. came new with XP the virus magnet.
  • Manufacturer: Asus
  • Motherboard Name: A8N-LA
  • with old GeForce 6150 LE chip. on the MOBO embedded.
to run this chip go to nvidia.com and get your driver for your unstated OS. ok>? this can in fact run. (hope)

the book says integrated graphics,.(means on board)
so is that bad or is the VGA card added bad.?
this pc can use x16 graphics card sup to 75watts.
higher powered cards need a new PSU v2.3 up.

for adding and upgrade PCI-express X16 card.
you need to tell the helper what are you needs for graphics
there are like 200 cards that work here, made for 13 years.

here is your current GPU chip

at 11AM see X16 slot for modern GPU cards.
sr19-bsi4i0baybwsqm3bjbgec30f-2-0.jpg If gaming this is the wrong PC to own, for sure.
    well not playing Solitaire.?

    Barbara ,
    NO PC stated
NO OS stated, (wow, 2 top facts missing)
    why not ask HP
    we are not HP
nor can we see what was done to this PC since new.
    and matters big time.

    why not ask real HP.com

    https://h30434.www3.hp.com/

    here they are , they
    designed it
    they built it
    and sold it
    and support it.
    amazing no?>
