Hi , Sometimes , new speakers just don't work from the beginning and you need to bring them back to the retail shop under waranty . Before doing that , check your soundcard by connecting it's output to another sound set , like your hifi or another speakers set . If this doesn't work , you could be just facing a driver issue that can easily be solved by downloading and installing the correct driver from the manufacturer's site .

Hi , Nothing seems bad to me in your case since you get what you have for your money . Cheap stuff always gives distorsion at high volume .Youl'll get good results with a 2.1 set of min. 25 W power , meaning 15W for the sub and 2x5 W for the satellites . Regards .

Hi , It can't be a driver issue since you can get audio with your headset . So , we are left with dead speakers who need to be replaced or completed by an external set . Regards .
