It is likely the lcd display has cracked or dislocated. Try connecting a normal vga monitor to the monitor port and select the external monitor from the keyboard using the F4 key or whatever function key has the display symbol.
If the LCD is the problem you should be able to run from the external display.
It is then a matter of replacing the lcd display or continuing to use the external display. A new lcd will set you back about $200 to replace.

Keys qweruiop not working on startup
Take the computer to a qualified technician, who can replace the keyboard, as the least-expensive "try" at trouble-shooting.
Since a keyboard transmits "codes" to the motherboard,
e.g., left-shift-has-been-pressed, and left-shift-has-been-released,
and the motherboard interprets those codes, it is NOT likely that
the motherboard is misinterpreting the codes, especially given that
the "bad' letters are in a straight line on your keyboard.
Find an external USB keyboard, and plug it in.
If it works correctly in the first 15 minutes, then the problem is NOT the motherboard.
My wifi wont light up
On front of the note book, right hand side almost directly under the wireless light, if a switch. That switch turns the wifi on and off, make sure it is in the on position (to the right). If that fails look at device manager (control pannel, system), and make sure your wireless card is loaded. It will be listed under network adapters. If it is not, then it is likely that something has gone wrong with the wireless adapter its self.I hope this helps
