The fault is from the phone keypad.

Switch of your phone, remove the battery, use a phone screw driver to loose your phone to access the internal keypad board. Clean the keyboard with cotton wool and a little liquid carefully, allow it dry and couple the phone back.

You could test the phone before coupling it back.

Better check you Network or APN settings if the given address is correct so you can be able to connect into the internet,to know more about the internet settings and service on your network provider,you can ask assistance by calling your service provider operation.

this seems to be related to the activation of email option, if you dont use this options it works welI.
I have test it without using the email for 2 weeks and works fine, but once installed lotus traveller it suddenly become to frozen anytime, I suppose this is due the battery get overheated and damage the sim card, but im not sure, I will try to put a strip between battery and the simcard and see what happen.

Check your usb cable or try to replace another one.,also check the usb slot of your phone,might corroded likewise and need to clean as well,see if the pins of this connector are well align,you can use magnifying lens to see it closer.clean it using a pin or a dry toothbrush,be sure to take off the battery first to avoid short circuit.also check the usb port of your computer,try to plug it on another slot.

You might need this software to be able to synchronize your phone to your computer

Download this file : ACTIVE SYNC

* After downloading, run and install the application,and then plug your phone using usb cable then wait until drivers are installed and then it will automatically sync the phone on your computer.

Just Restore factory settings it will get solved. If the problem not solved then call your service provider they will tell you about the settings you just set that settings on your IPaq

u should do hard reset to ur phone. it will be ok

u have to search ur secret codes of Hp Ipac via google and then u can handle the situation easily

Get the Instructions in user manual and remove it...
