If it trips the RCD then you have an electrical fault. Washing machine can do this once they are a bit old, or if they have had a water leak. The water gets into the electrical equipment and causes a fault that trips the RCD. If you have a circuit without an RCD try that. If it still trips, then the fault is serious and you will need to get it repaired. You can also try putting the washing machine into a warm place for a few days to see if it will dry everything out. Sometimes this will cure a fault if it is due to dampness.

If your description is accurate and the drum is loose enough to put the drive pulley or wheel so far out of alignment the belt has come off it is almost certainly the main bearing that is at fault.
The machine must have been making a lot of noise for a considerable time to have reached the current state and it would be wise to expect more damage and expense than is usual.

Microwave ovens have a special paint inside them that prevents the microwaves from hitting the metal. When the paint gets damaged or when the oven is used with metal in something or nothing at all, the continued use will cause what you are talking about. That unit is not made any longer and repairing it would involve removing it from its installation and taking it into a shop. You would be money ahead to replace it. However you should request delivery, installation and haul away of the old one because electronics cannot be just put in the trash,
